84 wins is a helluva accomplishment. I figured 84 would have a 4/5 chance at Divison a month ago and 85 would 100% have done it. Give the Tribe credit they took advantage of some breaks and got to 85.

Glad some guys could be rested today and we knew last night instead of going for it today and not getting it. I give us a 60/40 chance to win the Astros series. They are not a good team and we've played better baseball the last three weeks.

If it wasnt in Houston you'd feel even better. They have a negative 41 run differential on the season. They gave up 46 more runs then the Sox did.

Well, the Sox choked the division up AGAIN. Its nice to be in the playoffs anyway despite another feather in the cap of late season collapses.

The memo is “DONT LET YORDAN ÁLVAREZ BEAT US”.

84 wins is basically .520 ball. That's been what these guys have been doing ever since May. That would have been more than enough to win the division if Cleveland didn't catch fire in the last 2 weeks.

Sox also finished the year 7-3, which is not bad at all. Especially after how we struggled badly for most of September.

Kolson ends the regular season for the Sox offense in the only way he knows how to: strikeout.

The Guards lost today so we wind up 1 game behind.

Hope Colson learns to strikeout less but don't really care he has the record at all.

When Ozzie gets excited, it's hard to understand what he's saying, and I'm Hispanic too

The Schriff telling Stone the last 3 years with him had been a blast might mean we have heard his last White Sox broadcast.

Of course they win and guardians lose today. 🤷‍♂️

I think the Sox have a real good shot vs Houston.

Now let's win a playoff series.

Sad. He grew on me this year.

Are you skipping the playoffs??

Nah. But I always do this at the end of the regular season no matter what

Schriff is firing Stone and being a one man booth.

That's terrific.

And I concur that it is a great time here.

It really seemed like that

I have mixed feelings, I think he made improvements this year but still has some bizarre moments. I’m OK if he returns next year.

we've already christened one who hasn't played a full season of pro ball and didn't have pretty stats either

lets make every game thread about Colson

I've rarely watched a Sox broadcast in years. I just like the other broadcast perspective.

Colson stars in every game thread because he plays every damn day and generally goes hitless, as he did this week.
