Just when you thought things couldn't get weirder.

Per Bill Zwecker today:

SPORTS SHORT: Hmmm. Mike North has been hanging out at U.S. Cellular Field lately — and I’m hearing it’s about a lot more than just watching the last few games of the White Sox’s 2011 season. Sources say the veteran broadcaster has the ear of Jerry Reinsdorf, and North was seen huddling behind closed doors with other Sox honchos Friday, reportedly about more than just a radio gig.

That would really add insult to injury. Get rid of one classless clown (Ozzie), bring in an even more classless clown. I know North wanted to be a color commentator. But I really think that is out of the question. It may be some sort of White Sox programming on CSN. That's the only thing I can think of. I wonder how long until it would be cancelled?

The guy is poison in this town. Stay away JR unless you want to alienate the rest of your fanbase.

guys, i think we should just relax. North probably has some quality financial advise for JR. and he also knows of a guy that Jerry can invest all of his money with.

:lolhitting North's history is so clean.................NOT...................Mike your time is long past stay away!
