Royals probably win if they had Herrera instead of Frasor/Madson. Madson is back in mid 90s, and Hochevar just came back. Both teams are short in their starting rotations. If either Verlander or Medlen can come back, thatbteam has the slight edge. KC is also waiting on Rios (end of May/early June). He already went through one terrible half-season in 2012 or 2013 (one of those two years) we he didn't have his timing back, like Kendrys Morales last season. Then he came out of it. He's too good a hitter to just lose it completely, even as this age...but I do believe he's never going to come close again to those 2014 numbers, thankfully. caulfield12 Posted May 21, 2015 Share Posted May 21, 2015 (edited) Preston Tucker (brother Kyle's in the June draft, everyone loves his swing) of the Astros just drilled his first MLB homer (opposite field even) to tie the game at 5-5 in the top of the 9th at Comerica. Soria's first blown save of season...also a rare blown 5-0 lead from the 7th inning on. Houston really seems to have something good going on with that team. Will be interesting to see if they can sustain it all season without making some trades to shore up weaknesses. Cespedes was stranded at 3rd (and no outs) in the previous half inning...
