  1. Holy cow, just read this. Can't give my take. Too passionate and I'll get in trouble here I would think. Peace out. Be safe. Enjoy life especially the rest of the summer/fall.
  2. Well Madrigal homers then Santos gives up the game winner. Six measley hits. Yeah our Sox blow chunks. No way we were gonna beat a .500ish team 2 nights in a row. and split the season series.
  3. Nice win. Robert can hit. Boom what a shot to LF. Looks like team has a closer. He's pretty nasty.
  4. Don't all the Sox have bad K to BB rates? He was built for the Cell. Sad to trade him. Ridiculous in fact.
  5. I know the comedians never gave up on him after the incident. I saw he was worth 5 million, Good for him. Seemed like a very nice guy from all I read.
  6. How pathetic. How neighborly of the Sox to get swept by the Brewers. Team is a disgrace. 0-5 in recent games against neighbor Cubs and Brewers. No pride. No nothing. No accountability. Cut your losses and at least fire Pedro. Please?
  7. RIP. Underrated comic. To create that character and have it claim way more than 20 minutes of fame is astounding. I think Letterman helped Reubens with that character. I was reading that Paul was one of the nicest guys around. Please read this story if you get a chance. It's nice to read something positive, about a genuinely nice person, once in a while. https://www.cinemablend.com/television/people-sharing-stories-pee-wee-herman-actor-paul-reubens-after-death
  8. Damn, Sox lose another home game. What a pathetic season. Absolutely no highlights in terms of team ball. Robert is the only bright spot. ... We better have a mild winter, cause we have nothing to look forward to in April again. Sox will stink again next year. I'm pretty sure I'll be done in April. I'll give up my mlb subscription finally and my lifelong Sox fandom will be over. So sad.
  9. This thing about acquiring guys who care bothers me. This is MLB. I know the almighty dollar changes people but my gawd why do the Sox apparently have so many selfish players? Get a mean ass manager who will instill discipline (like a young Leyland) and kick some butt so to speak. This really disgusts me that the Sox have become a team full of selfish jerks. Acquiring Salvy will help but cmon. That's a desperation move. Wake up White Sox. Get your clubhouse in order for gosh sakes. This is appalling as a fan to hear this stuff. And if this is all true they shoulda kept Abreu at all costs. He has to be laughing his own butt off.
  10. Those pitches were screaming, "hit me."
  11. Anderson probably deserved to get humbled. He was mocked throughout baseball for the "down goes Anderson" call. Typical White Sox to not have his back. This team is a mess.
  12. Pedro is the second worst hire in baseball history (I know, hyperbole sort of). The first also belongs to the Sox!! Bevington. How could you interview either guy and think "We need this guy?"
  13. The Bears and Sox had a shot at Blackhawks-like dynasties (3 in 6 years). Bulls dynasty was amazing and too much to ask for. Winning it in 85, the Bears should have repeated at least. Sox had EVERYTHING going to take over this city in 2005 after the title. Inexplicably they never cashed again. Sad. The Bears ineptitude is what the Sox are about to go thru I'm afraid. Blackhawks should be ashamed at how far they fell after the dynasty years were over.
  14. Probably the best win of the season. All things considered.
  15. No complaints. Nice win. I'm sure the fans who attended finally had a helluva good time. Lot of clutch hits, etc. Clevinger is pretty good.
  16. I'm so over Sheets. He's clueless at the plate. That swing at first base stuff and a ground out or weak pop is really annoying. I once thought he'd be something.
  17. So many strikeouts, so dull. Baseball is nowhere near as popular as the NFL right now. It's a huge ripoff and bore. Tonight's game was ridiculous. What a dull blowout.
  18. How do you trade a guy like this? The guy can hit. Man I hate my White Sox now. Worst outlook for a team ever. Moronic to trade him.
  19. I used to care bout stuff like this. Now? Apathy. Not a huge Eloy fan.

Good point, Steve's not dumb. He knows this is hopeless organization. The radio stations should interview Hawk once a week to drive management crazy. He'll blast these horrible coaches, manager and players.
  21. It's almost like the Sox had to get rid of Burger cause they know he blows at 2nd defensively and they've got a flop at third they must still like a lot. Sad sad sad. We might win 49 games next season.
  22. No comment. I learned a long time ago to speak baseball on here. Wat are u risking?
  23. I get more mad every day thinking the White Sox dumped the only semi-likeable player on the fricking team. Robert is also semi-likeable and maybe Cease and definitely LIam. Geez Sox. ...
  24. The Sox brand of baseball is meant to push all fans to the North side. What a sorry excuse for a team, franchise. Glad we got that one title in 05. Eternally grateful for the postseason of bliss.
  25. Burger's bombs are the highlight of the Sox season and they dump him for one pitcher. Stupid. Poor guy has to play for the Marlins. No fans. Ugly ballpark. Yuk.
