I like Getz's moves from an off-the-field personnel standpoint.
The player acquisitions and on-field personnel decisions are, on the whole, bad.
As long as JR is the owner, I'm starting to think that the only move that a GM could make that would show he's competent is to resign. Any hire made by JR is likely, by definition, unqualified - if a JR-hired GM really understands what's going on, they'd realize they need to resign.
