Once again, read my post. I didn’t defend anyone.

It definitely has meaning and it is in the dictionary. One guy’s weird opinion doesn’t make it not have meaning. ”Laughingstock of the league” It’s definitely a thing and the Sox are now the poster child for it.

Aren’t you the same guy who defended the Sox signing of Clevinger twice? WestEddy should give you another heart for that.

Don’t forget about all the effort in trying to justify every move Getz makes no matter how questionable.

The thought of catching a Sox T-shirt from a veteran stud ballplayer like Mike Tauchman and potentially getting it signed by him later would send shivers down my spine.

History has already proven this out as the truth. And if it’s so obvious to all the fans, why lie about it? It just makes the fans think that their owner and GM are treating them like idiots.

There’s a reason he issues press releases to relay his “disappointment” in the team. He doesn’t want to face the music. The truth is, as long as they are turning a profit for him, he’s fine.

What Karinchak posted had more to do with how people will fall in line and do potentially questionable things if they are feared into it, when referencing Covid and vaccines. Probably not the wisest of choices to quote Goering but it doesn’t mean that Karinchak is a Nazi/holocaust supporter.

I feel like Montgomery profiles better at 3B and could be our next Robin if he gets stronger. Lord Meidroth at 2B. That leaves SS as the question mark. I’m not buying into one hot month from Sosa and Gonzalez is likely a bust.

McCarthy is 27 and will be a free agent after the 2028 season — 4 more seasons of control. He sure would have been a nice RF for now and later replacing Benintendi in LF. Getz was likely stuck on Fletcher’s extra year of control and it burned his ass.

Yeah, but I’m not going to blame the White Sox for that. I’m sure Getz asked for Campbell but Boston was never going to give him up per reports. However, they had a real shot at both Eldridge (#24) and Keaschall (#61). You know, two of their very positions of need for the rebuild/future — 1B and CF. 🤬
