This feels like it should all be obvious, but because there are others who apparently don't see it, if all opinions aren't treated as valid and equal, there is mass chaos and breakdown.

One of the lessons of the last decade it would be nice if the White Sox would learn it would be to quit rushing guys as a make up for horrible player development.

And very quickly wasn't wanted back for another year. And as to Eloy, hopefully getting him out of this toxic stew and into a well run organization brings his love of the game back. Baseball is so much better with a vintage Hi Mom Eloy. It would be nice if TB could figure out a way to keep him relatively healthy more than anything.

I see more of a failure of the front office to be held accountable, along with White Sox ownership. And saying you don't believe something, even with a plurality of evidence out there to support it, isn't a reflection of everyone else...

For where the White Sox are this year, they will have a ton of innings to fill. This isn't an awful idea.

Sure, I am sure in player development you don't work on the mental approach for game situations, or when you should bunt. I am sure the Player Dev people don't work with the teams coaching and management on game philosophy at all. All of these completely new hires doing completely new things is going to go great!

Not to mention a dude who lead the world in sac bunting and giving intentional walks, completely counter to analyitcal baseball in 2024.
