Leury hit an unsustainable tremendous since Madrigal went down. Mendick can't hit at all. They are really going to regret not filling that hole if they pass. One can hope the reason Escobar isn't a White Sox is because someone better is coming.

From the discussion yesterday it is now being reported that if the Padres want Gallo, takimg Hosmer is a good start. They will even include a top prospect.

Probably getting to the point they need to get guys some breaks and maybe if they get a reliever get Kopech a few starts.

Pineda may be 6’7” across as well. I was at a game earlier this year and he was pitching against Lynn, a rather large man. He made Lynn look like a little boy with a beard.

The price isn’t going to be too high. The price is too high to count on Leury and Mendick.

If Not Cishek guessed right and the Sox traded Lopez for Tepera, JR will be dancing on the streets. The Sox would be cutting payroll.
