This has almost becoming obvious after the deadline last year.

Trade Rumors Catch-all
Tatis and cash have to be involved.

08/01 - Royals @ White Sox, 7:10 PM CT
I hate this team. Change the game assholes......to this shit??????

How can they not change a thing.

They probably never heard the LHP flip or the trade

So great reason to switch grandal for Pollock after the trade of a C and LHP switching but nope. I hate this team

Reese McGuire traded to Boston
McGuire was going to be DFAd tomorrow or Wednesday and Sox have no LHP in pen. This is a solid move. Hopefully more to come. Fact they haven't had a leftie in the pen all season was an issue.

07/31 - A's @ White Sox, 1:10 PM CT
It's maddening how this same thing happens day after day after day and no changes are made. Our pitchers are under duress 100% of time.

Yep

Tim Anderson is not a leadoff hitter yet the morons running this organization believe he is. I have zero faith in this offense ever scoring a run.

7/27 Sox @ Rockies 2:10 CST
Lightheadness from the altitude or something like that. Only one starter can go 6 innings they are good but not efficent. No reliever can go back to back days and be effective and pen isn't built like that. They are as fundamentally as bad as a team can be. Only Abreu and Garcia can play more than 3 games in a row. Why do I still care.

Keep investing in the bullpen.

He should walk in from the pen maybe not run.

Mocada pulled up on the bunt pop up. Their bullpen isn't built to cover 4+ innings a night like it is being asked to do.

Maybe hit and run if your philosophy is swing at anything and drive it into the ground.
-
7/27 Sox @ Rockies 2:10 CST
Based on what? How many times have they scored more than 3 runs and how often have they come back from down 3. I remember that one game. All assuming the lead doesn't grow.

7/27 Sox @ Rockies 2:10 CST
3 runs is insurmountable for this offense. It cannot be said enough how bad Menechino is at his job. Giolito does not rely on breaking pitches so Coors is not a viable excuse.

Welp this ball game is over

Typical white sox inning

Sox have called Conforto, talking about other premium players
Gallo may thrive against the mediocre RHP that shuts the White Sox completely down. Maybe, maybe not.

2022-23 NFL Season thread
So the Bears now are going to start spending money on the team and not just a little but about $2B. If Arlington Heights is kicking in funds then ok. What major money making events are going to pay for this stadium and whne will it them be profitable? Concerts...Super Bowl that they will get once every 10 years....same with NCAA championship For concerts they have to outbid Wrigley and Soldier Field in the summer and in reality how many concerts want 60K seat venues? I think in theory and maybe with a different ownership group it may work but what tells me that the McCaskey's are looking to spend in this manner, they barely spend on an actual football team now. For some reason I do not see them being as successful as Jerry World.

7/26: Sox @ Rockies 7:40 CST….Is now the time to get over that .500 Mountain Top
The horseshit offense is why they need another bullpen arm.

If the Sox trade for Juan Soto we have a chance.
Which of those four guys that I posted about can be counted on? Robert is injured at least three times a year but he has great value and will get Soto. He just missed the two biggest series of the year for light headedness. Certain guys are injured often. He, Moncada, and Jimenez are these type of players. Kopech is going to be shut down soon and seems to have already hit his ceiling...when does he hit his ceiling next year? He is also often injured as well at least now it is his legs and not his arm. He also took a year off to find himself. Should he produce at his hopeful level he will not be resigned. Nobody knows what Colas is. Crochet is hopefully a lefthanded bullpen arm. Nobody knows what Sosa is. I personally wouldn't make the trade but if the Sox wanted him that to me is the package they have to put together and has the least long term impact on the organization.

Robert, Colas, Kopech, Crochet and the guy the brought up for a cup of coffee whose name escapes me. I love Robert but he is too injury prone. Take on Corbin and keep Crochet or Kopech
