Exactly two players that were handed roles and accolades undeservedly so. The fact Moncada can't be moved off 3rd or Anderson out of leadoff says it all.

I hate this team with a passion. I wish I didn't. Anderson and Moncada 0-8 with 6 Ks. I find no joy in watching them and it really sucks. The pitching is awesome. They really should have won 12 in a row instead are 8-4. Ugh.....why am I so angry.

I would have rather they used old Breaking Bad footage. Jessie is too old for it to feel right. Gene is not dumb enough to do what he looked to be doing at the end unless he wants it to end but that doesn't fit his character.

I was watching the 1988 world series on ESPN2 last night as a tribute to Vin Scully. Dave Parker, who was well past his prime, was batting 4th between Canseco and McGuire because he was left handed. Tim Belcher was wild as hell and hit Canseco in the 1st inning...Steve Sax was drilled, almost in the head, on the first pitch in the bottom of the 1st. Good ole Tony has never changed.

Pollock in a platoon is fine......somehow he did not play Monday.
