  1. The scary thing is…who takes his spot? That’s how bad the depth is on this team. Not sure they have a better option at this point. Really unreal this team had World Series hopes.
  2. Yes you can, because that’s EXACTLY what the Sox did. They made up a narrative that was bullshit from the jump, and now it’s coming back and costing them W’s This organization deserves everything it’s getting right now.
  3. Finished Severance, one of my favorite seasons of TV ever.
  4. I don’t really know how you view this draft any other way than Poles not being a believer in Fields. Kind of seems like he is setting him up to fail.
  5. ron, I don't disagree with you. Hahn does deserve credit for a number of things. However, he has been unable to put together a Championship roster and has been GM since 2012. It's been 10 years and he doesn't have a team that has won 1 Playoff Series. It's unacceptable results and just going on history and the data I have to work off of, there is no reason for me to think this group will get it right "the next time."
  6. Here is the main issue (assuming you’re being serious) Why should a single one of us think the Sox new “plan” will get them any closer to winning? Why would we have the slightest bit of faith in the FO to do it all over again? I understand the other option leaves us no real hope and you basically just have to wait until new ownership arrives and these life-time contracts Hahn and Williams have received finally expire……but I just don’t know any other way this actually happens. I just don’t see it
  7. To add to this, if Fields almost had a lost season last year under Nagy, then you go into this year with Pringle being your No. 2 WR and a questionable OL.....that's two years of development almost down the drain. At that point, can you really expect much from Fields moving forward? I understand Poles has to shape the entire roster, but unfortunately life isn't always fair. His No. 1 objective needs to be putting together pieces around Fields to get the most out of him and determine if he's your guy moving forward. Because if he isn't, Poles just bought himself 3-4 years to develop this roster, as they aren't going anywhere without a QB (duh)
  8. It's hilarious that people believe TLR is the main problem with this team and things will get solved in a snap when someone new comes in. He's on a long list of much deeper issues
  9. As he ABSOLUTELY should. In my opinion, he's been by far the most disappointing player to start the season.
  10. Have you heard this one? Giving 5 year extensions to bullpen arms isn't necessary, really ever...

Great call here, Blue Jays have a big opening at 1B that they really need to figure out ASAP.
  12. And I'm assuming you've done your research on those teams, really studied the velocity numbers?
  13. A lack of ST and it being cold as shit probably has something to do with it.
  14. Looked it up because I also remember it, but not well. Uribe, Iguchi and Ozuna were all hurt. Crede was playing SS and Widger played 3B. In the 9th, Ozzie and Crede got thrown out of the game arguing balls and strikes lol. So Dye had to play SS

Yeah, that was a bad spelling error on my part...hand up on that one lol.

You asked me if I had seen that commitment from Lynn. I answered that since his time with the White Sox, I’ve seen him perform at a very high level…so my answer to that question is Yes, I have seen a commitment to excellence because that’s what he’s been during his time with the White Sox, which is all I can ask for as a fan. Now you, the great man of discipline, can’t go 5 posts without making fun of someone’s physical appearance. You’re a real gem.

During his time with the White Sox, I've seen Lance Lynn perform at a very high level. What have you been watching? See, some people can do two things at once. Lance Lynn can weigh more than say, Lucas Giolito, and still be an effective pitcher. You could have served our country and still have the personality of an asshole. It's the same thing!

Your constant fat-shaming of Lance Lynn would be funnier if he wasn't a multiple-time all-star who's made over 65 million dollars in his career.....while your fat ass sits in front of a computer and posts on a White Sox message board.

You act like because the Sox lack starting depth, Keuchel is going pitch every 3 days. You're not a very smart guy (as your post history has indicated to us all) but let's do some REAL simple math. If Keuchle makes 30 starts in 2022, and averages 5 innings....that gives us...drumroll please.....150 innings pitched! Now, as we know, he needs to hit 160 to have his option vest. So far this season, Keuchel has made 3 starts, and has gone 4 IP, 1 IP, and 5 IP. He's also sporting a 9 ERA at the moment. Now, if Keuchel is as bad as you think he's going to be (and why should we assume you think anything more than him being the anti-christ based on your disdain for almost everything related to the White Sox) how the fuck do you envision him getting to 160 IP, even with the lack of starting depth. Again....he's not taking the ball every 3rd day. We're also assuming he's going to stay healthy the entire season which....doesn't seem like great odds given the rest of the Sox injury history. Lastly, without looking it up, 20 million for a pitcher may be the highest salary in White Sox history for a pitcher. You really believe if the Sox have a choice in the matter (which they 1000% do,) they're going to pay that to Keuchel in 2023? You're out of your fucking mind.

Dude, COME ON. You really believe the White Sox will allow Dallas Keuchel to make 20 million in 23 because they'll let him throw 160 IP this season? I will bet you anything you want that won't come close to happening.
