  • Mets are about to sign Bauer and Sox fans are on the edge of their seat trying to find out whether Folty chose us. I am one of those Sox fans lol.

  • Yeah exactly

  • I think Brock holt and Travis Shaw should also be looked at.

Still guessing Cahill or Hamels.  No big loss if Folty goes elsewhere.

Someone will give him a MLB deal. Brewers make a lot of sense like Jimmy suggested.

Great making Burnes expendable for pennies

That Al’s Beef guy is definitely stealing his “information” from you.

I'd be pleasantly surprised if it's someone as good as either of those two

Is be stunned at Hamels. Sox aren’t handing out a major league deal.

Just seems odd how Bruce seemed sure of it last Saturday.

I don't think he's stealing info from me

That was before Rodon signed though

He tweeted speculation about Folty going to MIL five minutes after you guessed them on here.

But if you know him or something and sure about his “info,” that’s cool too, I guess.

Yeah, he steals information from a number of people, including Jimmy. Dude is a fraud

He's even getting a major league deal if a roster spot is needed to make the signing official.

So basically Folty was too highly thought of for the White Sox to sign. I still think the Sox need a pitcher who can give them innings.  I don't know if Folty was the guy. I would guess there is a chance he is available to be a Knight in  April or May. Remember Lincecum? Cease and Kopech are as talented as can be, but you have no idea what you are going to get. You have some sort of idea with Lopez. The 3 guys in front should be fine, but if someone gets hurt, and usually someone does, look out.

Food guy wasn't right at all in this case.

Trevor Cahill and Mike Leake could be potential minor league deal options for SP depth

He was right about him picking a team and it not being the Sox. Wasn’t right about what team he thought would sign him, though.

I can’t believe he got an MLB deal. I can’t believe the Sox wouldn’t give him one if he really looked as great as all these reporters keep saying.

Didnt even mention the Rangers.

Throw enough cheesy beefs at the wall, something is bound to stick.

I'm sure if the Sox had a guaranteed spot for him with an MLB deal, he would have came here. He's from the Chicago suburbs. One of my friends in college actually caught for him at Minooka.

I never thought when I made that trash heap pitchers thread that it was actually a bunch of guys that were too expensive for the sox

It’s embarassing
