That's not bad at all.  Hopefully we learned our lesson not to play 1B in RF.  Address the fucking position and stop playing games.

Anyone playing the outfield is always going to have plays where the ball is just a little out of reach. No matter how fast they are. Vaughn getting injured diving could happen to any of these guys tra

OK Tony. Almost daily, I am reminded why I was so glad Hawk fired him.

Wow, an injury that wasn't worst case scenario?

Perhaps the vibes are shifting.

If you recall in spring training 2005, it was thought Buehrle broke his foot and was going to miss significant time. Another exam, however, revealed he was fine, and he won on Opening Day 1-0. Perhaps the luck has returned.

Oh thank God

I don't think I could deal with this a fourth time in 12 months.

So later today, Bruce will have the scoop on the official report the team released an hour ago.

Jerry, TLR, Hahn and the boys right now.

Why are pitchers shagging fly balls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy it's not, you know, the Bo Jackson scenario

Great news. Best case scenario.

I didn't even remember Grandal, probably cuz his injury wasn't as weird / he isn't a highly touted prospect.

But yeah, 5 times. Ugh.

Huge relief.  But please please please White Sox, go sign a real RF.

Who would have thought it was so minor.  Oh I know, maybe those that know more than the comman fan

The overreacting here is very funny.

He probably has like a hip pointer or something like that.  I'll assume that is all it is until the team states differently

I think we may have been the only two who didn’t jump off a bridge right away ?

AHEM

No. He’s a first baseman you can put in LF and tell him not to dive until Abreu is gone. Eloy should be the full time DH. And the Sox should still sign Conforto.

This a million times over. It’s just not that complicated.

Wow, you're amazing. Who knew you could diagnose injuries from videos? That's quite the skill. I wonder why doctors even did tests, they should have just consulted you after you watched the injury happen.

Since he was learning RF on the fly, everyone was giving Vaughn pointers.

It would be funny to see the reaction in a gamethread if Robert was running after a ball, looked like he had a decent shot, but pulled up so he wouldn't get hurt. I doubt it would be positive.

That's right. Very weird scenario.

Do we really expect them to do anything different?  Sheets is playing in RF today.  And when Vaughn gets back, his ass will be out there again.

Fantastic news. Now to hope it doesn't have any lingering effects.

Huh? In a Spring Training game, I don’t think anyone would care haha

Why hurt yourself in a regular season game.

Let's stop playing 1B in RF, m'kay?

Good news but let’s still get a RF shall we?

Micker probably just made the opening day roster. If he makes the opening day line up, I am calling 3 k's and a long one.
