White Sox and Royals appear to be two teams that are pretty equally matched.

I just don’t see it happening for the Sox this year.  Showing no signs of snapping out of it.

  • What they really need is new ownership and then everything that trickles down because of it

You run on Benintendi every chance you get.  He made a throw earlier this year that didn't even make it to the catcher.  He has a 20 arm but somehow uncorked a good throw there.  It was a good send.

His arm isn’t good but the ball was very shallow. He had the ball way before Harrison even touched third.

Something has to be done immediately with this offense.  As bad as I’ve ever seen for the Sox.

Royce Clayton and Adam Dunn say hi.

Two very bad baseball teams split a DH. Sox may ultimately get good. Right now they are boring and very very mediocre to lousy. And the 3B coach should be ashamed of himself. You can't wish a guy home when he has zero chance of making it home. Awful baseball games today. No bats.

Realistically what can you do?  Call up Yogurt for 2B?  Hahn fucking botched it by refusing to add a legit left-handed power hitter and solid everyday 2B.

And that's a real problem....you need to feast on the Royals and Tigers if you want to win the division.

Guess we have to rely on the A's to beat the Twins sometime before that stadium lease expires in 2024.

I don’t really care what Twins do right now.  If Sox don’t get significantly better, they’re going nowhere this year.

Time to relieve Severson of his job

He has a front office job already, just like Hostetler.

That new coach can fix aging and provide the fountain of youth elixir?

I'm beginning to worry that the offense will not come out of this, that it is not just a slump, and that this is the team to sink or swim with for 2022.

Oh for the days of lift and pull when we actually had huge offensive nights occasionally.

Taking the doubleheader would have been unsportsmanlike.

Agree, do we really want to face the Astro's or Yankee's in the playoffs.

Playoffs?!  Don’t talk about playoffs.  You kidding me?!

Yep, that’s the problem.  It’s just frustrating because I see some of these teams that the Sox were equally as talented as last year, and now it seems those teams are on another planet compared to the Sox.

Sure, better than not making it.

Just put on Mets game and McNeil had a better swing on a tough pitch than anyone on the Sox have had all season.

The Central is so so so bad.  Reds tried to give it away against Guardians with a huge blown save, both teams blew opportunity after opportunity and somehow Cincy prevailed in CLE so we are 1/2 game up on them whatever that actually means. Probably very little.

They need to do something drastic to wake up the team, send a damn message.  First - fire the hitting coach.
