  • What bothers me about this post is it totally absolves the rest of the FO, training staff, and players.  It's why I sometimes wonder if the La Russa hire was looked at as a good thing by Hahn and

Look if we aren't going to score runs, we can't give away cheap ones.  Even if Moncada keeps hitting like he was prior to his injury, he is still giving top notch defense at 3rd.

If Cueto doesn’t in the bottom half, the 7th or 8th will def do them in.

Last year opening series you had a 3/4 chance of being right with that prediction...

Finally Robert homers again. Been sorely missing those from him.

TWO HOME RUNS?!?! TWO!????

This week?....no

This game?...no

This inning?....Yes ?

Maybe a someone will reach 20 homers this year

Robert showing off with Trout as a witness...loved the pitcher's reaction.

I thought he was a bust?

I never said that. He's been disappointing this year, but Anderson is the only hitter that hasn't in some form.

Robert is 24, he still has time.

Eloy is still 25 and he does too, but looks more broken than Robert.

Is this what you call a Rally?

Luis shows he still has power when he barrels it up.

Damn. He almost found the nut but came up short.

Yep.

Anyway, to clarify Robert's relative lack of plate discipline is what annoys the crap out of me. He's still supremely talented but he needs to lay off the bullshit to get anywhere close to maximizing his talent. Also, it seems like the groin injury from last year has sapped some speed from him. He's not among the fastest players in baseball anymore, though still very fast.

How is it that the poor visibility was only affecting Sox hitters?

Leury, Seby, Josh, is this the twilight zone?!?!

It is the Revenge of the Scrubs.  About time!

This might be the half inning that catapults the season.

All started by you, Mr Leury.   Hahn playing chess, while the rest of the league plays checkers.

And that is why Robert swings for the fences every trip. Once in awhile he runs in to one like that.

ohhh we DO have giant ipads

Smiles in the Sox dugout?  What?
