Lopez has the ability to go multiple innings. If he has an easy inning, he should get another. It saves the bullpen for the next game/series.

I’m continually stunned with TLR’s pen mismanagement. Expecting four guys to pitch perfectly every game is dumb. He and Duncan basically invented modern bullpen usage, but he seems to have forgotten it all.

Honestly I give Gavin a better chance at getting a hit even against Soto.

If they're willing to give TA a break from his day off I'd use him though.
