I'd say there is a better chance of the Sox extending him a year or two than him leaving.

Tony will want a shot at "redemption" after the injuries. They will sacrifice a few coaches and say everything will be better in 2023. Plus, an extension takes care of Tony in the event something happens to Jerry.
