Moncada and his .235 OBP is the perfect candidate for the lead off position today! I don't know why he hasn't been inserted there way before now.

  • Staring right at a 2-5 home stand against our own weak division.   But things are going to turn around any day now, am I right TLR?

  • Michael was hurt on 6-12 He's thrown 5 four seam fastballs 96 or higher since then. He had 64 before that.

Yeah.  That knee is still bothering him.

Sorry, at the airport and unable to watch, but was worried you meant something new.

He's had a couple awkward landings and really sporadic control

No worries.  He’s landing funny but talked his way into staying in.  Seems obvious it’s still bothering him.

Ball Boy threatening Burger for a spot on the team.

Vaughn the slowest guy ever

Old guys like me remember Sherm Lollar who was a great catcher and good hitter but Vaughn is a speed demon compared to Sherm.

Good at bat by Abreu but the fastball got in on him

Between trotting Kopech back out after a rain delay in his final start before TJS and now just waiting for his ACL to explode, at best the handling leaves something to be desired, at worst it’s criminal.

Crede Konerko Dye Thome noted burners as well…of course, they could hit the occasional homer.

Fwiw, always used to be the Flying Molina Brothers famous for being some of the slowest…

Can't they just make him a reliever?

Orioles and Mariners really playing well these days.

The WC really isn’t working in their favor any longer.   Best hope is a Twins’ collapse like the 2012 White Sox down the stretch.

i feel like he could have gotten to that ball

If they want to be rebuilding forever…

In the short term, yes, but it’s better just to shut him down.

Nobody in their wildest dreams is confident in Martin, VV or Lambert.

Kopech throwing 90 now with fastballs. Take him out

Sheets and Pollock, but especially Burger, are the surprises there…Robert and Moncada way down.

Also, that 1930’s montage music might actually be worse than Nationwide.

4 seamer at 90?

I'll say this, you can't be real comfortable in the LH batters box facing Michael today

I seem to remember Karkovice being exceptionally slow.

Why not call up Martin and move Kopech to the pen.

With guys being unavailable daily and lot of bad pitchers in the pen makes most sense to me.

Jim Parque or Danks post injury.

Anything below 93-94 has to be a major cause for concern.

Doesn't Kopech usually top out around 98mph?

How about DLing him to get him some rest.  Everyone knew that stretching a guy out was going to involve several walls during the season sans injury.  This is why they should of had him in the minors last year working as a starter.

Everytime he's a starter he hurts himself
