Bill Veeck in his second offseason in second stint as Sox owner turnaround the White Sox from 64-97 to 90-72, a 36 game improvement. Would need an entire new baseball brain trust, but if the Sox keep losing and drawing 16K on perfect Summer days, it may finally come to fruition.
