Bill Veeck didn't have the money to compete but never stopped finding ways to entertain the fan. Lousy teams are part of baseball but failure to entertain the fan is inexcusable.

Makes me wonder if the team is being readied for a sale. Hope so!

I will need to adjust my pre-season projection now that we are trading all of our best players.

Mucho good o!

I don't think you are allowed to say anything positive about Getz. Please refrain from these outbursts.

Be patient...he's been coming on strong of late.

Would not surprise me. The boys look to be rounding into shape.

Lineup looks much better with Robert in it.

I don't miss what I don't care about. You should try it.

This was 1972 and Bobby Hull was the "Golden Jet" not an abuser. Hull was a true superhero to Chicagoans. JR has done nothing so offensive to the fan base in comparison.

Did anyone say, "everyone here is stupid"? Personally...I think some here are not stupid.

How so? When I get fed up with an organization, I actually stop supporting it. Some just talk about it.

Yeah! No one else does that here on Soxtalk.

Bobby Hull leaving was certainly the end of my Hawks fan fandom.

I love paying for MLB and having blackouts for Apple TV. Oh well...I hate to complain.

Bingo!

Amazing how far TA has fallen. That is what's meant by "gotta keep your head in the game."

And right away he makes me take it back.

Yep...like stop using Maldonado...he's toast.

Still watching every game...but for sure disappointed in the poor start. On another note...happy they dropped the gangster celebration after home runs. That's only cool when you are leading the league in all offensive categories.

Amen!

Jerry's plans along this line are key to all these extension questions. Ten-year extensions can muck up a deal if the plan is to sell.

With 3 one run losses...he wouldn't be wrong. Many thing to like about the pitching and defense. The offense...not do much.

No...I've been a WS fan for almost 70 years. Much too late for me. Best that you save yourself.

Noted!
