So the Sox are behind Cleveland and Minny in both the standings, organizational effectiveness, and farm systems. They are (soon to be) only marginally ahead of Detroit and KC in the standings and who have FAR superior farm systems and are already in rebuild mode. In other words..... we're screwed.

The most depressing part (unlike real major league organizations) is there is ZERO chance TLR doesn't manage here again next year.
