  1. What a boner. Baseball players are dorks. 🤣
  2. Abuse of power? If this was a site like WSI, you would have been banned years ago. Thankfully, it isn’t. You should be alot nicer to SS2K5 considering he hasn’t banned you, let’s you continue posting here, and continue taking out the obvious frustrations you have in your life on other posters here. Everyone can see it, plain as day. It’s just sad at this point. Find a hobby.
  3. PCA with 2 homers today. His stats are actually starting to look good. Perhaps he decided to start earning his new contract.
  4. Two dudes typing essays to defend a bad signing of a bad pitcher. Once again, Ray Ray is right. Kay stinks. And I didn’t need to type 500 words to make my point. 🤣
  5. That’s one way to put it, without getting into politics. Fuggem all. 🤣
  6. I actually liked the controller, lol. I guess I got used to it. The VMU was truly awesome.
  7. This is where I am at now. I have lived in Chicago and the burbs for all of my life and I love it but the taxes suck. I have worked for the same Fortune 500 company since 2017, which moved to full-time remote work during Covid. My oldest son is starting college in De Pere, Wisconsin but my younger son is still attending Brother Rice for two more years. I think I will make the move to Wisconsin once he graduates and goes to college. I just want to live in a cottage on a lake, fish everyday, shoot target practice in my backyard, drink Spotted Cow, and basically do whatever the f*** I want without being taxed up the ass. The order of these activities to be determined later.
  8. Regardless of performance, Acuna over Nishida is a no-brainer decision because they are basically the same player and Nishida has options. I think people forget that Nishida is actually a year older than Acuna. Acuna is likely a bust but there’s no reason to risk losing him for another equally bad and older backup utility guy that still has options. More than likely, neither guy will amount to anything so it probably won’t matter at all in the end.
  9. It was. Great controllers and the system was super small. And it had arguably a better football game than Madden for those that remember.
  10. Ray Ray is right. When Kay does have a good start, it seems like total luck. He gives up hard hit smashes right to defenders and is always pitching to full counts.
  11. What a great fucking console. Released in September 1999 and probably one of the best systems of all time. Revolutionary for the time but unfortunately it died too soon. Fucking thing had a modem for gaming via dial-up Internet.
  12. Should have added coke boogies to his nostrils.
  13. Horrifying.
  14. Cali can put this one in his signature as well. 🤣
  15. His bat is coming around. His glove is still cursed by slightly over-the-hill bleached blonde Sox fan who-uhhh. 🤣
  16. Yeah, it was an awful play. He also won the game for them.
  17. Wow, blast from the past name there. Member when he was the Angels top prospect and a #20 prospect in the entire MLB? Not a free agent until 2029. Would definitely make sense for the Sox.
  18. The first and only edit of his career. 🤣
  19. He does? Benintendi would be owed the prorated portion of his $16.5 million salary for this year along with $14.5 million guaranteed for next season.
  20. Congrats, now if the Sox never play him in the field again, he could really be productive.
  21. I had to google it. I didn’t know that’s what it’s called. Just knew “golden sombrero”, so that makes sense.
  22. Was just going to ask, with his OPS now over .700, what is his updated WAR at? Or does his defense still bring him down to a negative WAR? My guess is it is still negative overall if you say it was -0.6 coming into this game.
  23. Knowing the Sox training staff, it’s probably a torn meniscus or some other undiagnosed injury.
  24. Tray won’t be happy.
