She finally moved out. When? Well... She called me and said, "Could you be out of the house this Sunday, because that's the day I'm coming to get my stuff." I said, "Um, sure, but why this Sunday? I mean, do you know what this SUnday is?" She said, "No." Me: "It's our 1 year anniversary." Her: "Oh. Well that was the only day I could get a truck." Ouch. So...yeah, not gonna be letting anything fall to the wayside.

Anytime I have the opportunity to watch world class athletes, I take it. Even if it's curling. Or biathlon. I like watching events you really only watch every 4 years. Breaks the monotony of the other sports. Plus, there is pure excitement when they win since this is the pinnacle of their sport...usually.

Until we can go a cycle without someone being ousted, impeached, tried or leaving their post under suspicious conditions, I won't be voting for state government. And by the way, having a newspaper endorsement just doesn't carry the same cache. Especially since I'm sure they endorsed at least one of the former corrupt governors, alderpeople, etc. A vote for no one is a vote for empowerment!

I would love it if Conan took over for Letterman, when he was ready, and went head-to-head against Leno again. Conan would probably still lose in the ratings...but give it 5 years and all of Leno's audience will be dead.
