Bummer is coming. Need more runs. Why are they not running for Yaz?

Nice play.

He needs to be lifted.

This game is ova. Oh, well.

Some were calling Robert fat watching a video of a workout. LMAO.

I didnt think 90 loses was possible when this thread was created, but 17 games in, no series wins, and no 2 game winning streak? 90 losses is starting to look more probable than less than 90 losses.

Since this rebuild has worked out so great, do it again with the same people. What could possible not lead to multiple championships and sustained winning?

If the Sox suck this year and JR doesn't make money, he will not have a 195 million payroll next year.

There is an ineptness that cannot be denied. They fired Dombrowsiki. When they decided to fire Gene Lamont, they replaced him with Terry Bevington. Terry Francona was in their organization. The other day, I went back 12 years or so to see if any White Sox draft picks not picked in the first round turned out to be good MLB players. The only one I saw you can definitely pin above replacement level is Marcus Semien. Of course they traded him for crap before he was any good. At some point, someone needs to be held accountable. But it appears JR couldn't care less and thinks the fans and press are White Sox eniemies.

And Dan Evans wasn't really poached. He moved on when he was beat out by KW for the GM job.

In each of the last 4 games, the Sox have scored runs in 1 inning.

It's not coming straight down. To hit a ball over a 400 ft. 8 ft. high wall, you usually have to hit it further than 400 ft.

The correct answer is yes.

And you want to be my General Manager..

Rick Hahns best move. Gio, Lopez, and bait for Lance Lynn for Eaton. Rick , when you think about it, and see what other teams usually wind up with when they trade their best players for prospects, made 3 great trades. Eloy and Cease for Q was great. Moncada and Kopech haven’t performed as hoped but they still have a ton of talent and Sale was going to get hurt, so that was a pretty nice move too.

Great news that Gio has looked great lately. Offense only scored in 2 innings all day. But lighting and cold could have had something to do with it. Bummer was shaky again. Would be nice to get him back to at least sometimes filthy. Lopey was the good Lopey tonight. I like that Lopey. Eloy made it through without a trip to the hospital or an x ray machine, so that’s good. He is going to hit eventually. Burger is fun. This entire team used to be fun. Romy made a nice catch in LF, even if his path to it was a bit curious. And Pedro defenses out in the 9th. I liked that a lot. So finally, more positives than negatives . To me, it was a big win, because another L and things really could have snowballed. Get the first series win tomorrow.

Eloy in RF. Hope he makes it through uninjured. If he does get hurt out there, Pedro needs to pay.

Deikman is so bad.

It’s not a closing situation, so according to the White Sox front office who traded for him, and made him a set up guy,, Kimbrel won’t be amped up as much and could get lit up.

When Big Energy puts one in the seats to probably put the game away, it just might not be your year.

Yes, the question is will JR pop for one?

This is a lot better than making people wait 2 1/2 hours yesterday and then playing in the same or worse conditions than the conditions you waited out.

I think we are at the point where "they are not Hahn" is good enough until JR is not longer around. Something needs to change, even if it seems minor.

The world is turning into one big Jerry Springer Show. Kiss Steve's head.

His "suckage" right now is a 120 OPS+. 7 doubles, close to .400 OBP. What exactly are you looking for?
