Some of those guys I'd still rather see over some of the guys at the MLB level though. In the next month, we should see some space open up. I only suggested calling up Colson (as I did like a week before this hot streak) as an opportunity to show him some faith and a chance to reset his stats. At the time, I said that it's probably discouraging stepping into the batter's box seeing your AVG start with a 1 and then getting inside your head.

Yeah if you don’t want to call up Colson, at least call up someone better than Crapa. Corey Julks is also deserving of a call up and probably will be once they move a couple OFs.

I kind of agree. The kid's 22. There's no way he knew him mom was dead. I think it was just a innocent but stupid "I banged your mom" level joke (have these ever been funny?) that was said to the wrong person. Not defending his actions obviously and hopefully he learns a valuable lesson out of this but the lifetime ban from all ballparks might be a little much. Edit: I feel like fans have said worse and players have heard worse.

I’d be good with Rojas sticking on the bench over Capra. Wasn’t Rojas supposed to be a backup at SS? One of the reasons I didn’t like the signing over just finding a veteran backup IF who was primarily a middle infielder over a 3B/2B where we had some depth.

The only thing I trust the White Sox to do is develop pitching and that's not a new thought. It's always been their best area but I agree that you can always improve.

I don't even buy that these guys (Snell, Glasnow) couldn't pitch right now. It feels like they're saving their arms for second half/post-season.
