Leiter doesn't have elite stuff by any means but he throws everything for strikes and has three average pitches already. Since it appears Abrams stock is perceived to be falling it wouldn't shock me for him to sign a similar deal to Lewis or Correa to go #1 for like 5M, saving the O's 3.4 to spread around.
