Eloy is so locked in right now. Every ball he's hitting is scorched.

Like most great defensive 3rd basemen, Chapman probably tested the 3rd baseline rolling ball patterns/characteristics (before the game). This must have led him to ascertain the Bossard gift wasn’t going to roll foul.
 

Thankfully, Eloy picked up Abreu with his rope to LF.
