  • We lose cause Yoan couldn't field a routine grounder. They win cause Ramirez made a diving play to save the game. They straight up look better than us.

Worst manager in baseball and it's not even remotely close.

  • Maybe it’s why you don’t keep around the same shitty Front Office that caused you to have to rebuild.

Neat how every time NBCSN shows a graphic to highlight how good a Sox pitcher has been, Carlos Rodon is always at the top of it.

Of course he would leave and finally stay healthy.

I completely understand the Sox decision to let him walk.

Dude, it’s early May

Much better inning from Kopech. Nasty stuff.

Engel should be playing every day in RF until Vaughn is back.

TLR loves lefty-righty matchups.

Yeah, I know. There's time, it's just shitty Sox luck. We're not allowed nice things.

Even if he doesn't, he's like a month away from being worth 22M just on a dollars to WAR perspective.

Last year he was going to wear down throwing like 30 inning total the 2 seasons prior. They should have managed the innings better instead of riding him early. Not that crazy to think he pitches more innings than last year.

I still don't understand picking up the Kimbrel option over giving him the QO.

I'm not gonna cry over the fact that he is gone, but at least get yourself some compensation. If he takes it, then fine, you've got a huge upgrade over Velasquez.

Kopech has the pure stuff to be a No 1 or 2 starter. He now just has to master his control as well as his emotions. That should come with experience.

They could have also kept Kimbrel and just signed Tommy Pham, but I'm not trying to derail the thread.

They knew that they were letting him walk in May, so they decided to ride him as long as they could. They miscalculated.
