I have never started a game thread as I find them to be rather unhealthy to be a part of but here we are.

The fuse is lit.

Welcome back you Big Bastard (talking about Lynn not Harry Chappas)

Thanks for taking one for the team, Harry.

Need 6 from Lynn today, somehow.

I am afraid to know who is "available" out of the pen today.

This Day in White Sox History: Jose Paniagua's horrible, no good, very bad appearance

Going to guess he is on a pretty stiff 80ish pitch limit

I’d expect some sort of roster move before the game.

Otherwise, it’s Sousa and Crick. Hopefully Hendriks also.

3ip, 6er. Sox lose by double digits.

The two week clock begins… June 27th let’s see where these bitches are.

Let's go Lance! Make your first start this season a memorable one!

Detroit is BAD, and they are riddled with injuries. We really need to take 3 here heading into Houston this weekend.

Decent chance of a rain delay tonight. Because it’s the Sox season.

There is probably someone on the Detroit fan site saying exactly the same thing about the White Sox! ?

Wrote this last night so since no other moves were made today, here’s the setup for the bullpen:

Ok so Ruiz and Foster are obviously unavailable Monday. 4 outings in 5 days.

Lopez threw Thursday, 2 innings Friday, and on Sunday. You’d really like to not use him.

Banks threw 2 innings in Charlotte on Friday and went Sunday. Don’t want to use him but might have no choice.

Graveman had a hard outing Friday, was unavailable Saturday, had a strong but extra innings pressure outing Sunday. Maybe available but not sure why he was in such bad shape Saturday.

Lambert threw almost 3 innings Saturday. Again you’d like to give him Monday off if things were ideal.

If Hendriks has any setbacks today, the freshest relievers available are Sousa and Crick.

Lynn probably has a limit of  about 80 pitches?

Wednesday’s starter is still a mess. They could still IL Kopech and bring up Martin, but not sure why they wouldn’t to that today to have one other backup plan. Martin can’t be called up unless someone is out on the IL

Wednesday starter options:
-Bullpen day if somehow people are rested
-Giolito on short rest
-Lambert if they don’t use him the next 2 days

Right now, the Sox are closer to fourth than first. I don't think they can take these games for granted.

Also MLB free game of the day for those of you with the MLB app on your smart TV and masochists.

Sounds like a Leury outing happening.

Is it safe to click?

Well we know there are several on the Sox site saying exactly the same thing about the White Sox!

Not that all this wondering information will prevent anyone from screaming about TLR's usage of the BP today. I saw  all this going on 3 days ago yet the resident Soxtalk geniuses didn't like hearing it.

No idea why a fresh arm or 2, no matter how bad they are, wasn't brought up. Typical Sox mess. Pitching staff in shambles.

Pretty good chance this one gets delayed or cancelled due to rain.

I fully get the confusion about using Sousa and Crick as the first guys out of the pen on Saturday when Lambert should have gotten the ball.

Today unfortunately Sousa and Crick must be the first guys to throw, and it would help if each could go at least an inning, even if they give up a few.
