The big guy might be slightly underwhelmed by the level of defensive "upgrade" he's getting...

Still, I'm sure he'll be fine. Should be easier to keep lefties in the park at Dodger Stadium, which helps with his biggest struggle.

This is about as good as you could do for these players. Whether this will actually make a dent in the White Sox's big league club is up to the future and the organization to decide.

These signings were massive mistakes we were lucky to just clear their salary to be honest with how inept Hahn has been filling out the rest of the roster is why we are not getting any returns.

Normally I'd be happy with clearing these guys but the reality is Hahn has failed time and time again to be able to use FA to fill out the roster. None of his FA signing have much value to Benintendi to Grandal to Graveman.

 

 

There’s a 9 minute interview with Nastrini on YouTube. Seems like a good kid and he had a lot of praise for the Dodger organization. Hope he can bring some positivity with him.

Very satisfied with this trade.  Glad they pushed Hahn to the side and let KW handle the wheeling & dealing.

Isn’t hasn’t, but this level of aggressiveness doesn’t feel like his style and he’s a super sad pout face in all his the interviews.  I definitely think KW has been more hands-on at a minimum.

Nastrini's off season plans are ruined. Check out Spring Training video where he really praises the Dodgers pitching development program.

 

He was also really looking forward to playing close to his family in Southern California.
