10/10 other GMs would love to pull that kind of trade off with the Sox. Madrigal is a decade plus above average player.

I stopped following the guy. This theoretically is plausible, but I don't buy it coming from a legitimate source. Sounds like fan-fiction of some of the rumored Lynn/Gallo deals that floated around in August.

He was part of a trade offer at the deadline so it's very possible they try to trade him again.
