They just announced you get postseason tickets with a 2023 season ticket package. Which team's postseason tickets would I get?

  • I believe LaRussa just said there was nothing wrong with how we played tonight.  We had a lot of hits. Ozzie in the studio said I don't understand what he's saying.

  • Remember when they sent Robert to Charlotte for a rehab assignment to play 1 game and then he got sick? Then they only activated him off the IL to distract from their god awful trade deadline?

Andrew Crazylegs Vaughn leading off.

Oh, Tony. You're such a card.

He's the right choice here. Having to have speed at the top would be the antiquated view from an antiquated lineup oddly.

I actually like Vaughn more than anyone else (not name Robert) leading off lol

In a way, it makes sense. Getting quicker guys on  base at the top that nobody knocks in anyway only teases the city.

Fine with it.  Pollock needs a seat.  Though I'd ride the Romy train at 2B a bit longer.  Harrison hasn't been fielding his position lately, and if he doesn't do that he's worthless.

I'd much rather see AV get the extra PA than Elvis.

At least the guy can field.

Typical TLR, guy has a nice game and sits the next game, what a demented jerk.

I would do Moncada/Robert/Jimenez/Abreu/Vaughn/Sheets/Harrison/Zavala/Adrus

Why no Romy?  They need to see if he is anything.

Got all the power in there.

So Vaughan bats 9th and now can lead off.

Please for the love of God do not lead off Moncada

With the next White Sox win this season, Tony La Russa will clinch an over .500 record as White Sox Manager (678-640 .514) through 2022.

Tony La Russa is outside of the Top Ten Managers in White Sox history in winning percentage, because he always has and always will suck ass.

White Sox Manager Winning Percentage Leaders:

  1. Fielder Jones .592
  2. Clark Griffith .581
  3. Pants Rowand .578
  4. Marty Marion .565
  5. Al Lopez .564
  6. Gene Lamont .551
  7. Paul Richards .529
  8. Bob Lemon .525
  9. Ozzie Guillen .524
  10. Eddie Collins .521
  11. Kid Gleason .519
  12. Jerry Manuel .515
  13. Jeff Torborg .515

Harrison is 10 for 19 against Lyles.  Not a huge sample size, but I'm guessing that has somethig to do with it.

Harrison...brain cramp.

I thought for sure Perez would get a start here. Seby has caught 3 straight games.

They said they’re saving him for when Martin pitches, presumably tomorrow, since they’ve worked together before. But yes, this is a lot of work for Zavala.

Me too.

Nothing else is working why not try something different

One thing for sure, I hate night games on get-away day.

Wasn't it against the rules at one time, if a city was more than 500 miles away a night game was not allowed on get-away day.

I enjoyed last night's lineup with neither Leury nor Hendricks in it.  Their replacement looked competent instead of "peppy".

I believe you meant Harrison.

Over/Under on XBH at .5.  What are you taking?

I think they have a double or 2 tonight in them.

Sox definitely need to go 9-1 the next 10. Ok, maybe 8-2 would be good enough. Just assuming they have to get to 88 wins, so 25-13 the rest of the season. Stranger things have happened and we’re this close to the end. Might as well hope they turn into the 2007 Rockies.
