"They have 36 wins on the season and 91 loses on the season. But they don't play that way against the White Sox."

"Oakland has outscored the Sox 28 to 23 so far in the first four games of the season series."

- Len Kasper

I think that's got something to do with the White Sox, DJ.

The real question is how this White Sox team is not 36-91.

Put the Sox in any other division and they have 90+losses already easily.

Even with Oakland being bad, the Sox still struggle against them.. and not just away either.

Yes, only a handful of success stories to date this season, with few to none on the horizon. Keep in mind the White Sox have or will play all 29 other MLB teams this season.

Season Series with a winning record:

Series Completed

  • 8-5 Cleveland
  • 4-2 New York A. L.
  • 2-1 Atlanta; Cincinnati

Theoretically Possible

Series Split or Win Required

  • 4-3 Detroit (Home September 1-3; Away September 8-10) & Kansas City (Away September 4-6; Home September 11-13)

Series Win Required

  • 2-1 Boston (Away September 22-24)
  • 0-0 Washington (Away September 18-20); Arizona (Home September 25-27); San Diego (September 29 - October 1)

Series Sweep (3 Baltimore, 4 Minnesota) Required

  • 1-2 Baltimore (Away August 28-30)
  • 3-6 Minnesota (Home September 14-17)

The Sox play in the worst division in baseball.  If they played Tex, Hou, Sea, & Shohei a dozen times a season theyd be a 90 loss team already.

Sounded like that sell the team got muted but maybe just an artifact

jerry doesn't own WMVP yet, came in load and clear on the radio, and there don't seem to be more than a few thousand there based on game highlights.

Announced Paid Attendance 13,247.

YTD 1,319,337 with 19 home dates remaining.

The Sox are going to need a hell of a lot better candidate than Chris Getz to stop the bleeding and a possible new all time low at the new stadium.

Comiskey Park II Attendance Lows - Full seasons + no Government COVID Restrictions:

  1. 1999 1,338,851 (Post White Flag Trade)
  2. 1998 1,391,146 (Post White Flag Trade)
  3. 2018 1,608,817 (Tanking)
  4. 2017 1,629,470 (Tanking)
  5. 2019 1,649,775 (Tanking)

Looks like a huge crowd for "Sell the team" game /sarcasm

I tried. 0 Sox fan engagement, but I should have stuck with the 26th. Still was fun, but I’ll never try and organize an event ever again. So many threats, so much negativity, 0 support, not worth it.

A’s organizers were amazing, very good people. Wish there was a better turnout but what can you do.

Threats from who? The Team? Cringe Jerry Reinsdorf fans?

Thanks for your efforts, they weren't unnoticed, came through loud and clear on the radio broadcast.

Vaughn is up to .256. I still not a fan but maybe he can hit .280.

He and Eloy are and will likely always be below average DH/1B types. If Andrew improves through his peak year, average 1B will likely be his ceiling. Then again all but seven players remaining are scrubs or AAA post deadline.

This is far and away the worst team Rick Hahn ever assembled.

Nobody on God's green earth would describe Aaron Bummer as a solid player this year.

I don't care what statistic is cited...
