Remillard for Moncada

OK, thanks, but that wasn't germane to the post quoted (Sox OF)

Reading Grifol's lips it looks like he said, "Can you believe I have to deal with this shitshow on a daily basis? Please throw me out!"

Can't blame him. Look at the talent level.

He was literally the starting catcher on a playoff team like 7 years in a row.

Actually, he was on the teams, but when the playoffs came, they benched his ass because he is not a major league capable catcher beyond pitch framing.

Two of those years he was starting here.

Everyone gets old. Especially catchers.

Pretty sure most the pitching staff since he’s been here has rather thrown to whoever the backup has been, whether that be McCann, McGuire or Zavala….if that doesn’t tell you something idk

Hopefully they do, that will bring them closer to selling and the top pick next year.

You got the wrong sport.  It's not like the NFL.  Plus you are forgetting this organization is horrible at drafting developing. If the Sox were an NFL team they would go for a punter in the 1st round.

The announcers said that Grifol wanted to challenge the play but the first base ump said it was too late to challenge.

I mean would have clearly lost the challenge considering Andrus didn't even bother to be on the base but it certainly looked like Grifol tried challenging right away there.

Nah, even if we don't like Pedro's managing, he doesn't come across as the type of manager to go Full Ozzie over a call that he could have challenged.

Or maybe he has truly snapped.

He was mad because he asked for a challenge and he was told by the umps that he was late and did not allow the challenge.

This organization is horrible at everything.

Yep.  Solid in 2020 and really good in 2021 but this is the danger of signing free agents in their 30s

If you are referring to his bat then yes, but he’s never been solid behind the dish at least not when he’s been a White Sox.
