I had hoped it died with the Metrodome, but the Twins have beaten us in some big games at Target Field. Cant wait to see how todays game goes Tigers have to be really smokin hot after some of the calls that went against them yesterday...... and then blowing the game on top of it. They are going to come to the cell with a chip on their shoulder. We'll see who wants it more today and who will be the most focused. Regardless Mr. Superstitous Valverde is one that I have never thought very highly of as SHUT down closer............and regardless of the score he shows to be VERY beatable. Kind of reminds me of when we had Thigpen. Thiggy would get a ton of saves...........but always flirted with getting a loss at any given moment by putting guys on base a lot.
