You'll have to wait a minute because they tore their shoulder patting themselves on the back.

“The 78” is alive and well for the Sox, Bears are 'advancing' Hammond development
Because they don’t want to be in Bridgeport. Hope that helps.

Pretty sure the first part change with the 2003 agreement.

Not extending Murakami would be a PR disaster
Guys it is so early. Plenty of guys have opened on a bender and got figured out. We have a year and five months either way.

Not extending Murakami would be a PR disaster
Or his contract might not allow a QO.

If he is TOO good, I don't see the Sox getting into the $250-300 million range (or more) for a 1B

Munemania: AL Rookie of the Month of May
For some odd reason, yes. Yes I can.

Alarm reactivated: Tanner McDougal left today’s game with right forearm tightness
It's not the worst news for sure. It's not great, but it's not losing him until 2028, at least so far.

Munemania: AL Rookie of the Month of May
He fans like he is getting paid for it.

2026 MILB Catch-All
Let's hope that doesn't change for Tanner.

White Sox calling up Jarred Kelenic
Maybe a parking lot full of Jeeps?

That's dire.

Honestly we don't KNOW much about new ownership. We know that Ishbias opened a money spigot in Phoenix and at Michigan State. We know that they are seemingly investing billions in the pre-planning to make this park possible, and to make this area an earnings center independent of the stadiums. So far my educated guess would be that Ishbia spares no expense towards a new stadium, but we have no idea WHAT a world class stadium looks like in Ishbias eyes. He could envision something more like Jerry Jones Cowboys Stadium as a model. Maybe he wants to endear himself to Chicago with an Old Comiskey replica. Maybe none of these are accurate. TLDR; We have no idea what Ishbia wants, why waste time nitpicking some irrelevant work?

4/30 Games
We have definitely had a history of guys having a big bender of a season at Charlotte as a last gasp before disappearing, but in theory Gonzalez should have a higher ceiling than most of them, so who knows.

White Sox calling up Jarred Kelenic
If he showed even a flicker of life, he wouldn't have been sent down in the first place. I know we want to dream back to his prospect hype days, but he couldn't even win a roster spot with the White Sox until there were multiple injuries in the OF. The Sox even called up a guy too hurt to play the OF before Kelenic.

Why are people spending so much time on a randos imaginary stadium rendering? It'd be different if there even a real idea to go off of, but as of today, there is nothing real to go off of.

If you ignore everything else including valuation of contract over prospects and letting value go to near zero, he did great!

Never wonder why I mock your over the top defenses of Getz.

One of two things happened when Getz took this job. He and Jerry were both full of s%*# when he took over talking about this being the quickest way to competing and yet they still held on to Robert knowing his extensive injury history going all of the way back to his pro debut. He honestly believed the hype about this being quick and held on to Robert thinking he would help speed things up despite his injury history and coming off literally his only full pro season with no injuries to speak of. Either way, Robert was probably the biggest mistake of Getz's career since his last promotion. They rode him from a superstar to a post hype prospect return, when it could have been way different.

He would have really been vindicated if he had dumped him for the biggest offer out there the winter after he got the job and probably had 2 to 3 quality starting players from that deal on the ML roster today.

Consensus? No way. Hell even I was saying I still liked my preseason 69 win prediction. I liked it in a down week, and I still like it in an up week.

Keeping in mind the guy who was in charge of their minor league development, was in charge of their disposal from the Sox.

While many other guys got knocked for work ethic and attitude, Kopech definitely wasn't the most dedicated or coachable guy from the sounds of it. He could well be standing in a hole of his own making.
