Gio has been ass ever since Keuchel was DFA'd. Is that a coincidence?  

We all knew it was coming today.

But Mendick and Engel injuries with only Leury as backup…disastrous.

Thankfully Giolito no extension.

Conversely, nothing to show for his departure at this rate, just like Carlos Rodon.

Who would have thought that Lopez, Cease and Kopech would be the better performers than Giolito, Eloy and Yoan.

Can a ML team forfeit a game?  This is a serious option to consider based on having no bench, no pen, and down by 7. 

I just hope the Sox can keep the rest of this game from being a complete bore.
