  1. Totally possible. Sox were able to capitalize on Cleveland’s losing streak to get them back into the division race. They are definitely going to need to play the best baseball we’ve seen from them all year but they also need Cleveland to continue to hit a rough patch and play .500 to below .500 baseball.
  2. So close to the no hitter. What a game to be at though. This team is really showing different energy since crusty left.
  3. So incredibly dumb he just sits on the bench.
  4. Would you really run the risk of watching him turn into 2017-2022 Miguel Cabrera? It's typically better to get rid of a player a year early than hang onto them forever. This is the same organization that let Frank Thomas and Mark Buehrle walk.
  5. Eloy hasn't sucked at all. He's only been hurt. He's far from the top reasons this team has sucked. When he is actually in the lineup he's been one of the few guys that looks good up there.
  6. Yes. He cannot hit lefties. Go look any any of his splits in the minors, he is a strong side platoon player at best.
  7. His legacy has already been ruined by Reinsdorf these last few years. I don't doubt this is paving the way to "promote" him into the FO after the season. And to be honest, that worries just as much as having him in the dugout.
  8. Then quit, you crusty old fuck.
  9. Have you ever worked for a company that doesn't hold bad or mediocre employees accountable? The bad ones never leave. And that company gets filled with average to below average workers where no matter their level of effort they are never punished. That's a lazy person's dream. That's the White Sox organization. If it was such a dream organization to work for, they'd have a line out the door of the best of the best wanting to work for them.
  10. Tony. Jerry is delusional and an arrogant prick. He will never admit that he was wrong.
  11. Is that a possibility? I hold out hope we see some changes across the board for the Sox but it’s still the Sox we are talking about. Unless you are implying he is leaving the organization?
  12. I have Comcast but I can't seem to find it? Is there something you need to do to activate it?
  13. Hope he is ready to channel his inner slap-dick approach.
  14. Then IL him. WTF is wrong with this organization that they constantly play shorthanded? It's been 7 days and they STILL CAN'T evaluate how close he is to return? Fire the whole fucking training staff, because they clearly have no idea how to do their jobs.
  15. This is the make or break series for this team. Anything less than 2 wins would be a colossal failure.
  16. I was at that Twins game in the bleachers. When the Sox finally scored that lone run the few of us that were left erupted into the most sarcastic cheering.
  17. I think Jerry is dumb enough to believe Tony was going to be head and shoulder above the competition. Both those two are so damn arrogant they are perfect for each other.
  18. Mine were purchased in advanced with my ticket plan. I honestly have no clue what they cost.
  19. He’s been much better than the start of the season, but he is still struggling immensely with RISP. I realize you can’t ask for much out of your 9 hole hitter, but his average skill set becomes exacerbated when the lineup struggles.
  20. I’d be fine with Andrus for a few weeks while we wait for Tim to come back. He can’t be any worse than Leury and Sosa is too overmatched right now.
  21. I tried to find the article, but was unsuccessful. On Waddle & Silvy today, they shared that Reese was quoted throwing a little shade towards the Sox lack of effort. This is now the 4th player (?) to say something?
  22. I highly doubt that. Both Menechino AND LaRussa are big problems in their own right. LaRussa has easily lost this team games this year on multiple accounts with his questionable in game management. The game has leapfrogged him. Any properly run organization would have shown both these hacks the door months ago.
  23. So he isn't going to play until Thursday. Got it.
