It's easy enough. They moved pretty fast getting everybody in.

100% Capacity Starting 6/25
A shitload of the "available" seats beyond 60% would be single seats between sold groups. Who is buying a single seat?

Moncada “doesn’t do that anymore…”
TLR the other day referenced guys not stealing, not worth the injury risks.

Twins series
Finished with the Twins on 8/11. That is some horrible schedule making. What's the point of playing 19 against division rivals if you aren't going to have games against all of them down the stretch?

10 Game Pass
I heard from someone that their rep told them in early April that the 10 game packs wouldn't be usable until the May 11th series.

White Sox running almost exactly MLB average payroll

Question about attending double headers?
Split DH for 7 inning games is absolutely ridiculous.

White Sox winner!
The roof is just an umbrella, it's still fully open air with it on. It doesn't close the building, like say Miller Park or Chase Field.

Forbes White Sox evaluation- #14 worth $1.685 Billion
Yeah, put it this way, they didn't "lose" $40 million, rather they missed the opportunity to make the $40 million they were already accounting for. When I see the word "loss" in terms of money I attribute that to "already had". They never actually had that money.

With Added Capacity Coming, Should We Expect an Increase in Payroll?
Way more to this thing than death. My fiance is a very fit & healthy 28 year old. She had it October, and every month since has had a day or two where she can't breathe. This will never be "just the flu." There could be lifelong effects to those who get it, some we may not know about for decades.

Best caps for each franchise history: ‘51 White Sox
It's the same hat,1951-63. Writer couldn't be more wrong. The current hat is a timeless classic to never be replaced again.

T-Mo Free MLB TV Sign up March 30th
Bad idea, Twins TV territory so you'd lose all those games.

The 1972 non-move to the AL East
Cubs/Cards was just one example. Maybe Yankees/Red Sox was a better one.

Double Header & Extra Innings
It'll happen next year in the new CBA.
-
The 1972 non-move to the AL East
I've always thought the SOX not being with Cleveland and Detroit, along with Milwaukee, was stupid and why the team really doesn't have any historical rivalries, like the Cubs have with St. Louis. And the Brewers maybe never leave the AL if they had a real rivalry with the SOX.
-
The 1972 non-move to the AL East
The Cubs were terrible from 72-83 and really didn't draw any better than the SOX. It may have started in '69 and the few years after, but it really became a Cubs town after the Trib bought the team and started selling "beautiful Wrigley Field", along with the SOX going to Sportsvision.

Just Wondering
State at that point was allowing 25% capacity. City wasn't having any of it, though.

MLB considering 154 game and delayed schedule
I hope the players see the light and come to the realization that a cap would actually be in their best interest, as they then could guarantee a floor and a 50/50 revenue split like the other leagues have. As it stands now, the luxury tax is already acting as a cap, might as well go all in or they'll continue to see their percent share of revenue dwindle.
