Without any other major injuries this team is still notably better than a well below .500 Mariners team.

Now right now they don't appear to be.

Sox are having the worst luck right now. Just bad, bad luck.

Seattle hits 3 duck snorts the previous inning and gets 7 runs. We hit the ball hard once and it ends up in a double play.

Now Bummer is in. TLR playing 4d Chess, clearly.

You all are insane. That was bad luck, literally nothing else, on that double play.

Mediocre baseball teams lose to mediocre or bad teams because they can't stop making mistakes. I hope we are not a mediocre team.

True. But there's every right to be angry when you look at this team on paper. We shouldn't be this bad.

It's not about the losing. It's about how they lose.

It makes winning baseball games really tough when two relievers are unavailable 5 days a week. Sure it looks great on the days when they can pitch but the other days are going to be a matchup nightmare.

I don’t understand why two relievers can only pitch every fifth day. I have never heard this before

The 100+ loss Sox took the season series from the later World series champs Astros.

Or why another reliever can't possibly be warming up after another reliever comes in. No instead waiting until he's faced 5 or 6 batters.

10 walks... TEN given to us, and a super 2-9 with RISP.

Hey they could’ve gone out and gotten more depth in the offseason but no JR refused to spend anymore money. Same old same old.

If you bring him in now, how was he not in to face Seager last inning?  This is ridiculous.  I’m sure we will hear it’s Tony’s master plan to confirm how the holdovers are a bunch of losers.
