I assume Hahn thought the team could succeed despite the stupid hiring.  I too thought this, so I don't blame him for stepping down.

I would likely put up with daily beatings if I got to be the GM of an MLB team, gotta be a tough one to walk away from for spite.

Knowing JR he will promote Tony to President of Baseball operations and screw Kenny over who he refused to create the position for.

We can get Dave Stewart to be his GM and then hire the doggy doctor for the analytics president.  This could be amazing.

I know it’s a pipe-dream because it’s Reinsdorf, but I hope he cleans house at the end of the year and goes outside the organization like his son did with the Bulls.    I can dream.

oh hell yeah, just for the text groups alone. People imagining Hahn as miserable instead of happy are delusional. He has no right to have been a GM for 10 years with his record.

I do have concerns with the mlb draft this week. Will Hahn feel pressured to draft college players closer to the majors with being on the hot seat. I hope they stick to last years draft strategy and go the prep route again.

That would be a Bill Veeck move. He was so cheap he made Kessinger a player manager so he could save a salary, and made Ron Schuelet a pitching coach when he was injured and couldn't pitch anymore

White Sox baseball 60 yrs of cheap

Damn shame TLR isn't a man of his word. He said publicly that if his team ever quit on him he would quit. The fact he is so delusional not being able to recognize that his team has quit on him, or so damn arrogant and stubborn to admit his team quit on him, is a pitiful state of affairs for diehard Sox fans, that were promised significantly better results now into our 6th year of the rebuild.

The sad thing even if TLR is fired, we still have his loser coaches and Rick Hahn who assembled this team poorly and also let the farm system become one of the worst in baseball.
