But there is for this season. Engel against RH's is way better than Mazara has been. You get his defense and speed too. Plus the chance to use the Rally Engel ! I really have no idea why Mazara is still playing. He has to be the worst OF in baseball with his current stats. His OPS+ is 57. Engel's is 115. Mazara has been 2019 Delmonico and Charlie Tilson bad ! Mazara has even managed to make 2019 John Jay look cromulent. The fact that they are still using him at all is more mindboggling than throwing Rodon into the fire in his 1st appearance.

It's been a miserable week boys. This may have been one of the worst weeks of being a fan I can remember in a long time. I know some of you will say well we weren't good the last few years but because of that we weren't so vested into what happened. This year being so invested into this team and the way we have played the last week and the games that we have lost the last week have made me age maybe 10 years. I don't know what I was more disappointed with the walk off losses to Cleveland or the shit show that we saw last night. I hope that was the bottom and we got it out of our system and now we can start playing some ball and it starts tonight let's f******* go!

Can we talk for a moment on just *how* embarrassing this team is right now? I woke up today, checked twitter, and was shocked to find the twitter universe unanimously making fun of our white sox. Why? Because the team that has TA is hitting batters for bat flipping. It's one thing to be laughed at because we can't play baseball... every team goes in slumps, some massive. It happens. It's another thing to be laughed at because we are a hypocritical, backwards ass organization. That was a complete embarrassment. Did Rickey decide this? Someone else? p.s. the cubs handled that situation extremely well and showed how class of on organization they are.

Yeah this is one of those cases where the FO needs to appeal. Like Hahn said this morning, there was no need for that. Appeal the suspensions and let the league know we deserve more punishment.

It's 100% the A's. Benefited from a weak division. Not particularly intimidating lineup (especislly without Chapman), and top starters are lefties. On paper, they are clearly the best match up. But I'm not sure the Sox could beat anyone in a 3 game series right now.

Robert is also a great CF. Why break something that isn't broke? He's currently ranked 2nd in DRS for all qualified CF behind Kiermaier. Robert is not a problem, and should not be moved from CF until he is in his 30's and loses a step. The Sox can go out and get a RF.
