Sox vs Indians, Monday April 12th, 7pm

Recommended Posts

Yermin is finally coming back down to earth...

If they don't score any runs this inning after holding CLE to just one, the odds of winning feel like about 10-15%.

I don't even know how you can be THIS bad at hitting with RISP.

So pathetic, I hate that the White Sox have always been so bad in that situation for many years

Would love to know what Grandal’s plan was there. He’s such an infuriating player

How on earth can a team be this pathetic with risp? This is nonsense

I'll take that Ray Ray

he's been much better than his numbers would indicate so far; i'm not real worried about him. his xwOBA is .345. (closer to .350 after today) and his xwOBA in 2019 was .356. His K-rate is a little high but that has been elevated by the one game honestly.

Meanwhile this team is still historically bad with RISP to start the season. That'll probably normalize but it's embarrassing as of now. Need a little TA7 jolt!

They have to have the lowest rate in MLB scoring runners from 3rd with less than two outs...

As well as RISP.

Quantrill is basically garbage.   Maton, too.   Neither was good enough to stick with the Padres.

If you don’t like that, you don’t like 2021 White Sox baseball
