  1. LET’S FUCKING GO!
  2. Tied Mazara's HR total from last year already .
  3. HoW WiLl LuCaS pitch WiThOuT McCaNN
  4. Always loved Eaton and knew it was a great signing
  5. Your anger over his harmless 3k hit comment is bizarre
  6. That "Chicago Sucks" kid needs to go play in traffic already lol
  7. Hahn to all of us rn
  8. don't stop get it get it!
  9. Man, Nick M has played maybe a 1/3 of a season and the hate for him is unreal. I like the kid and his game.
  10. why you always have such a problem with the broadcast. It's 3 hours long. You want them to talk about stats the entire time? Guy worked for the sox for like 40 years. Got a nice tribute from the team as a thanks. You bitching about that is truly baffling. You need these guys to hold your hand while you watch the game? SMH
  11. Twins Lose Cleveland loses Cubs lose Good day for White Sox Fans.
  12. Haven’t been this juiced for opening day in 15 years. Congrats, fellow Sox fans, and welcome to the good times, whether you know they’re here or not.
  13. Probably because this idea is completely stupid
  14. Tont made a great call pulling Gio. He gets to leave with a chance at a win and not feeling bad about himself. He just ran out of gas. You leave him in there and he gives up 2 more and the whole night seems like a downer to Gio.
  15. It's crazy to me that in this day and age, they haven't switched to an automated strikezone. The technology is there. There's just no excuse NOT to have it now.
  16. Or bring in Jimmy Biceps
  17. Ricky would of came out, asked Giolito if he was okay. Then he would of walked back to the dugout. And after Trout hit a homer he would have pulled him.
  18. Wtf eloy didnt die. FFS. Teammates should be giving him endless shit for fucking up his year.
  19. We're aware of the new Ads, we're working on it.
  20. Not sure who is arousing Benetti more right now, Giolito or Stone
  21. You're my favorite poster here bro, but reported. I'm sorry.
  22. I thought McCann signed with the Mets?
  23. Remember last year going from "Wow baseball! we've been through so much!" to "ah fuck here we go again" in about 45 seconds when Gio gave up two bombs in two pitches? I just did, and it's making me chuckle
  24. First let me thank everyone for their concern. Although she did spend a couple days in the hospital, luckily it doesn't appear to be a life and death issue, she's just been very uncomfortable and can't live anywhere near a normal life for now over 2 weeks. She never knew of any autoimmune issues before this. Her initial pain was in her back, but only for a day or 2. Then it moved to her foot, then both feet, then went up to her knees on both legs. It seems to have stopped there.
  25. Lol...nothing better than the douche on the message board who basically defends every decision their favorite team makes because those in charge are “professionals” while the rest of us are just some “dudes” on the internet. Why the fuck are you here if debating actual baseball decisions is not acceptable in your mind? I’m sensing a strong Tommy Longo vibe with you.
  26. This umpire thinks Madrigal is Hornswoggle
  27. Joe Borchard was a better major leaguer than Angel is an umpire.
  28. This is one of the most important roles a manager plays, obviously. My gut says it's the right call here.
  29. LOL THE GUY WHO YELLED CHICAGO STILL SUCKS
  30. Benetti needs to learn and turn off “The Jason & Steve Variety Show” when the Sox have two runners on base. He was more interested in talking about the Nationwide singing thing he does with Stone than the fact the Sox had a potential rally mounting.
  31. Thank god leury garcia is coming up instead of luis robert here
  32. Him and Robert are a joy to watch in CF, just incredible natural athletes.
  33. Hitters having to guess if a third plus pitch is coming is a game changer.
  34. The people who took spring training numbers seriously lol
  35. Nobody. Apparently we are all dumb for think a young player may need time to grow and adjust, lol.
  36. Moncada is swinging aggressively because he doesn’t know what is a strike
  37. 3 points
Two weeks in, this is the best decision I have ever made.
  38. Donaldson limbs into second base and is taken out after the inning ends. Baseball season is officially a go.
  39. Sir, that is not COVID compliant
  40. Then he shouldn't be on the active roster.
  41. Even if it works for today, it still feels really dirty to call the kid up and not play him on his first opening day. Play matchups tomorrow. If the kid's a starter, let him hear his name get announced on opening day.
  42. The first half of 2006 was fun.
  43. Look, I get that the “Hahn had a crappy offseason no he didn’t” debate is played out, but this was on topic, related to a different team, brought up by another poster, and my reply referenced a specific stat. In response, the same poster added a couple more baseball topic posts. If you want to play topic police in every thread, then yeah we need to know which subjects are out of bounds, because otherwise I’ll keep accidentally talking about baseball.
  44. I hate to be that guy on opening day but...we're for real starting Vaughn on the bench?
  45. The last time I was this excited about seeing an opening day team was 2011 when Adam Dunn played his first game as a Sox, hit a homer and a double, and we beat Fausto Carmona and the Indians 15-10. Time grants perspective, but looking back on being excited for THAT team vs. THIS team is a world apart. Great things ahead, boys!
