They just announced you get postseason tickets with a 2023 season ticket package. Which team's postseason tickets would I get?7 points

TLR should be in a fucking home. He's not even speaking English. What a fucking embarrassment. What a disgrace that this is the guy managing the "championship window". Someone should be asking him if he smells burnt toast, because I think it's extremely likely he's had a stroke or two over the last year. Robert should not be playing. Period. Even if he can't hurt that wrist more, the number of other ways he can get hurt swinging the bat that way are innumerable. Holy shit. Fuck this organization.5 points

I believe LaRussa just said there was nothing wrong with how we played tonight. We had a lot of hits. Ozzie in the studio said I don't understand what he's saying.4 points

Tonight was the night that changed my mind. I don’t want this team to make the postseason. They flat out don’t deserve it and need massive changes to take place in the offseason. These changes won’t happen if they sneak in.4 points

The Sox have scored the same number of runs as the 48-75 Cincinnati Reds.4 points

We all watch a lot of baseball. I’ve never seen someone take swings like Robert did tonight.4 points

It’s been a real strange season and very frustrating but we didn’t lose any ground on the Twins or a Indians tonight. We still have a heartbeat3 points

OK, that's 2 posts with the same nonsense. Adam Engel fucked this one, plain and simple. Hendriks pitched a 1-2-3 inning if not for that asshole.3 points

Look on the bright side everyone - we're in the middle of our multi-championship window with our young championship core and our Hall of Fame manager!3 points

He was more worried about the non-existent railing than catching the damn ball.3 points

Competent organizations wouldn't start a guy who can't even swing the bat in the middle of a division race. Competent managers wouldn't let a guy pitch and give up four runs after he hurt himself warming up before the first inning in the middle of a division race.3 points

Just horrible indecision after indecision. Should have walked him when he got behind. Should have bunted the runners over the last 2 innings. Tony again asleep at the wheel.3 points

They're incredible at hitting singles except when they actually need them3 points

Remember when they sent Robert to Charlotte for a rehab assignment to play 1 game and then he got sick? Then they only activated him off the IL to distract from their god awful trade deadline?3 points

Tired of seeing the disappointed faces of overmatched players Rick Hahn keeps employing. I don't hate Harrison, Leury, or Elvis. I hate Rick Hahn ?3 points

I didn't even realize now much the defense had killed Giolito. I don't know what the leaders in spread between ERA and defensive adjusted ERA is, but 1.12 runs of difference, if it isn't the leader, has to be damned close. This year the MLB league average era is 3.97 current, so while we are talking about a drop off from last year of about 3/4 of a run, we are no longer talking about almost 2 runs worse, which is a huge difference. All of the ridiculous hyperbole about non-tendering Lucas is misguided. Get the guy a real defense, and he should be back to normal.3 points

To be fair, the August LEADER on this team, in HRs, is 3 by Vaughn, then Abreu with 2. It is a catastrophic team power failure.2 points

I'm probably Abreu's biggest fan, but he's been dogshit here in August. At this point, I don't care what they do with him this offseason.2 points

Giolito hit 96 mph tonight, which he hasn't done basically all year. (Watching the replay) If he has some velo back, I'd think that's enough to tender him a contract. I have no doubt that he'll put in the work to right himself after a terrible season.2 points

I should also add that when the Orioles had a bases loaded 1 out situation when Gravemen couldn't find the strike zone Yoan made a great play snagging a smash dow the 3rd base line stepped on 3rd and threw to 1st for the DP to end the inning. Left side of the infield seemed more stable defensively with Andrus at SS and Yoan at 3rd. Romy Gonzalez had 2 singles today playing in place of Harrison who definitely needed a rest.2 points

I feel quite the opposite. Playing 19 intradivison games gets awfully boring. Seeing new teams and stadiums is fun. It might be a logistical nightmare but it makes the fan experience better IMO.2 points

Will probably not renew. Once they became a playoff team, they eliminated most of the perks we used to get. Parties, extra tickets, meetings with guys like Hahn. Press guides...now the only thing was an invitation to White Sox BP at my expense. They couldn't even do it on a date when I have tickets. No contact from rep at all. In fact, since my old rep left last year, I don't even have a clue who my rep is. I will find out when they start calling me in October with moving deadlines to renew. Enough is enough. Ill have a giant TV and Stubhub. I let some other sucker pay the White Sox.2 points

Rick has done well only when he had all the leverage in the world with the Sale, Eaton and Quintana trades. Not exactly impressive. Beyond those, I am hard-pressed to think of anything he has done to actually improve the ball-club.2 points

Yes, gotta give credit where it's due on trading for Mazara, Kimbrel, and Hernandez2 points
