I am so lucky right now! I was looking at tickets on Stubhub and talking to coworkers about not really wanting to buy tickets for $1100 a piece. My boss walks by and asks if I'm going to the Field of Dreams game. I reply, "I wish but probably not unless tickets take an unexpected turn and go down." He then says his wife was selected but had no interest in going and didn't want to spend the money for it. So they gave me their opportunity and I gladly bought the pair. I AM GOING TO THE FIELD OF DREAMS GAME!!!!!

Dallas did a very nice job tonight

They speak the same language and have similar cultures. You might want to look at a map and do some reading to see where the Dominican Republic is and how it is related to Cuba.

Because the final lineup stands a good chance of being Vaughn in RF, Eloy in LF, and Sheets or something like that at DH, with Robert in CF between them, and to get there Vaughn will need RF reps in games. In his first game out there last week he badly misplayed a ball, which is better off happening now than in the playoffs. Eloy in LF would be fine in this setup, except he is still recovering from his most recent injury so they are DHing him.

He also isn't part of the Cuban core of players ?

At least his absence has Sox fans realizing just how valuable he is. Don't believe in framing? Collins has you believing in it now! Don't think his walks have value? The guy plays hard and I am sure he would like to succeed just as much as any fan would like him to. I don't understand the constant criticism of his catching skills or lack thereof, it is one thing to make a critical comment or two and it's another to beat a dead horse. He doesn't appear to have the skills to be a MLB catcher, we all get it. Do you really need to kick a guy when he is down?

A question worth asking... how much responsibility of student loan debt falls on the parents of the students themselves? I went to College from 97-01. Went to UIC. Total cost of tuition was $15k a year including room and board. No scholarships or grants for me. I was lucky to have parents who scrimped and saved for 18 years to allow this happen. But there's a trade off in that. We didn't have cable tv growing up, didnt go on expensive vacations to Disney World, or other places, they didn't buy expensive cars, jewelry, furniture. I never had the newest Nikes or Jordans. IOU Sweatshirts or Z Cavaricci pants. (remember those) We were lower middle class. My dad never made more than $35,000 a year. Mom worked part time. I hated every minute of it, and didn't understand why my friends had these things and I didnt... until I graduated from College with $0 in debt while my friends had $50,000+.
