Honestly, with how weak the Central has been, and how much the club HAS spent, I believe the Hahn era has been an absolute failure. I grade it a D+ and it appears we are going to find ourselves in a very similar position to Dec 2016 where we have two or three positive contracts and a whole lotta meh.
