  1. What is the old saying again? You're gonna win 20 and lose 140....it all depends on what you do with the other 2 games.
  2. Peace out Soxtalk. I'm done with this fucking org.
  3. Of course they are. Burn this b**** to the ground.
  4. I'm at the point where having an asshole on the team is the least of my worries.
  5. Man, our farm director really did a great job with all these guys. Where is he these days?
  6. Might as well sign Bauer while we are at it.
  7. There’s literally nothing fun about this organization.
  8. Bless your heart if you think the Sox are trying to win this year.
  9. Plot twist: he was only there to try the campfire milkshake
  10. Or it could be the Campfire Milkshake
  11. Load up with a bunch of David Eckstein types. Lose a ton of games. The fact that the team is awful shouldn't surprise anyone. Everyone seemed to know it except the White Sox. Again.
  12. Will his wrist be healed by then?
  13. I don't care what Ryan McGuffey says, Eloy is a bigger bust than Moncada. Moncada can at least do cool s%*# on defense and will at least try to play through pain. Eloy winces and he's down. I've seen Yoan make pained faces after fouling a ball off his shin and then make a dope play in the field too many times to count. Dude is broken, overpaid, and still a bust relative to expectations, but there are bigger busts.
  14. Come on. This team is in funny bad territory now. I don't know how anyone can get angry anymore. 2022 and 2023 made it very clear to me this is not a serious baseball organization.
  15. Chris Getz basically said as much on Pierzynskis podcast last week. AJ asked about innings limits for Crochet and I believe Getz response was “we are going to exhaust Garrett as a starter, and then we’ll see where we’re at”. Sure sounds like they plan to start him until mid-late summer and then either shut down or pen him. Such a stupid plan, but hey, can’t say I’m surprised.
  16. The real April Fools are those of us who watch this game.
  17. Can’t lose if you can’t play!
  18. This should be its own post. Getz and Grifol sure run a tight ship! Assclowns.
  19. Because it doesn’t matter if they win 59 games or 63 games.
  20. Braves telecast saying it's something you see in little league
  21. You're in the wrong place and following the wrong team if negativity bothers you. There's absolutely nothing to root for with this organization.
  22. I hope so. You started the thread for today's Braves game with this gem: "Keep those losses rolling in!" Then you had some links and some comments about the weather and the chance of rain. Then you said, "Pedro should just email the Braves his lineup card with a note of forfeit. For the whole series." Your constant, endless negativity is a complete drag. I hope you are gone for good. But wait, don't you have to post like 30 "Fire Pedro" comments before you leave for good?
  23. Last four guys in the lineup are hitting .111, .111. .000 (Maldonado) and .111 This is shaping up to be an even worse season they we thought, bordering on a complete disaster.
  24. We'll decide to IL Iloy on Saturday after playing down a roster spot for 5 days. Book it.
  25. Yep, this is absolute hell with no signs of improvement
  26. God: "Alright, you've had enough. "
  27. I think we need to get creative and schedule a game against the Detroit Pistons.
  28. looking at the schedule its entire plausible that this team could lose 30 in a row
  29. "Vaughn gets a hold of one into center" *ball goes 280 feet*
  30. Everyone should have hated that trade. The white Sox didn’t need a low ceiling 26 year old right fielder. They do need cost controlled starting pitching.
  31. The buttons on Maldonado's jersey look to be under extreme duress.
  32. This site would have literally caught fire if it was around during Bevingtons tenure
  33. Best offense against one of the worst pitchers in baseball last year……
  34. The White Sox had their chance last fall. They could have brought in outside people to run the club, clean some house, and install a new culture. Within moments of them saying all options are on the table, JR put his foot down again and said "No...I need my 'Yes Men' to run the club." No real contention or change will happen until there is new ownership.
  35. It's important to know and identify the Bust Bros. Here is a helpful guide: Bash Bros: Bust Bros:
  36. Eloy wanted to play 150 games this year. Well, if you take spring training and use WestEddys formula of batting practice, and hitting in the cage, he still should get there.
  37. I can't wait to turn this game off after 3 innings.
  38. Being reactive to soreness and injury rather than expecting him to have some limits and being proactive about giving him extra rest or putting limits on his pitch counts early in the season is totally a questionable decision. Someone claiming that this is what they should do would be considered an extreme hot take too.
  39. Pedro should just email the Braves his lineup card with a note of forfeit. For the whole series.
  40. Anyone that calls out the Sox as a dysfunctional organization is alright by me.
  41. A strange thing, this man believes a building (which eventually will be ditched) is a greater legacy for him than on field success
  42. Nice middle finger to Brooks. Good for Jason. I bet that MF was the best tasting shake ever too.
