We never had an SP depth. Not really sure you can consider some failed older prospects, two guys that came into the year with questions as younger prospects, and half a dozen guys recovering from some form of surgery as depth. We had some smoke and mirrors playing bad offenses in colder, bigger parks with some left stranded luck. Now we're playing better offenses in the June heat in smaller parks. We're bottom 1/4 in FIP and xFIP and are 26th in walk rate. I'm sorta glad that the Yankees are smacking the pitching around just to help people understand we're still pretty far away from being a legit good team. We're no longer bad, we're def mediocre, maybe even solid, but we're not good yet.
