  2. I am all for firing Tony LaRussa but is this roster and organization really set up to win multiple championships? Tony is a failure but is he the only one? I view this organization as floundering. They hit on enough prospects to stay afloat because they play in the worst division in baseball. The fact that this organization cannot succeed in the AL Central is embarrassing. There is no large revenue team in this division yet the White Sox struggle to win 82 games in this division. The Indians and Twins are organizations that will do enough to succeed more times than not and the Royals and Tigers will have decent years. The White Sox could be the worst run of the five. Maybe Hahn did win the three big rebuild trades and if so, great, but he has done nothing to build upon that. He handed out contracts to unproven players that now look like terrible deals. He built a roster that has flaws and then placed a coaching staff around them that exasperated these flaws. Maybe Williams and JR are still running things and Hahn is just the mouthpiece. If so, nothing is changing. Maybe TLR is calling more shots in regard to player signings than we thought and if so makes Hahn even more irrelevant. Sadly I don't see anything changing. The carrot remains out there. I renewed a 20 game plan and after SF I began chasing it again. Now I foolishly walk away with it swinging on the stick for another week or two when I maybe think about them again. I personally watched Tanner Banks blow a huge lead earlier this season and if that was not bad enough I the first ever 8-5 triple play. All while watching a singles offense try and generate runs without walking or hitting any extra base hits. This organization is a shit show. But he injuries yes the injuries. They will happen and happen again the players they have invested in are injury prone. Moncada, Jimenez, Robert, Kopech and Anderson. Maybe Abreu has realized this and that is why he is ready to leave. Maybe he looks at this team and realized it is floundering and while he busts his ass day in and day, half the roster is told to take it easy and not really try to hard because you are injury prone. What an epic failure.

  9. There is yet another play that won't show up in the box score as an error, but it going to cost this team.

  10. Burger must be on the IL with splinters in his ass because he hasn’t played

  11. This......isn't correct.

  12. Right now Leury is better than Moncada.

  16. Eloy in left and Sheets in right. What the fuck. Even with Robert in center that's still the worst outfield in baseball.

  17. Righty or lefty pitching, I don’t care. Play Burger and sit Moncada’s ass down. I’ve said it here over and over: Moncada doesn’t care. There is no more clear evidence it this than Monacada running the Sox into that killer triple play. He had NO idea of the situation at all, not mentally into the game at all. Don’t come on here and complain about Burger’s defense. Like Vaughn’s D in the outfield, detractors greatly exaggerate Burger’s bad D. I can think of three games this year Burger has directly won with his bat. I can’t think of a game that Moncada won with his glove. If you talk about Burger losing games with his glove, we’ll compare that to the game Moncada lost two nights ago with his clueless (I don’t give a shit) base running. Plus Sox need home runs, that’s Burger light years over Moncada. Play Burger, and equally important, sit Moncada.

  18. "I'm accountable to me" is very tough and cool and definitely makes me think that the White Sox are concerned about accountability in the midst of their championship window that surely will end in a parade

  19. This fan base lacks some serious objectivity with respect to Moncada. It’s amazing really. Has been been a huge let down in 22? Of course. Has he lived up to his lofty potential? Nah. But he’s still a well above average player and likely will be one of the Sox more valuable players ROS.

  26. thats it, im moving on, this season sucks, TLR sucks, Hahn Sucks, our 50 million dollar bullpen sucks.

  27. It’s the 8th inning and no defensive replacement for him….makes zero sense especially with the bottom of the order up

  28. I'd love if they could move him in fact I would do hand springs and I'm 76 years old.

  29. They don’t have the balls to do it

  30. TA is probably at his peak value. If the Sox are out of it at the deadline, which it certainly looks like, they should try to trade him for an absolute haul while they still can. Sox aren't going anywhere over the next few years without a major infusion of talent anyway.

  36. Burger put on the 10 day IL for a bone bruise in his right hand - a bruise he sustained THREE WEEKS AGO when he was hit by a pitch. What a joke of an organization. They intentionally played with one man short for the past three weeks.

  37. Hahn is too scared to trade anyone off the bottom of this shit roster but he's going to trade the guy who's leading in just about every offensive category.

  44. I am in your camp. I am just tired of how sorry the broader organization operates. Completely second class - maybe even 3rd class.
